Sizing for organic earharts

Preemie (4lbs): Order a XS and at the shopping cart, request a Preemie.

xs newborn - 3 months

small 3 months - maybe 7 months, If your baby is 2m, order a Small

medium 6 months - 12 months. If your baby is 6m, order a medium.

large 12 months - 18 months Or earlier. Some babies need Size L at 10m if they have a wider forehead or ‘egg’ shape in back of head (common).

XL 18 months - 24 months or earlier: Some babies need Size XL if they have a larger forehead or ‘egg shape' 

XXL usually 2 - 3 yrs, same as above. It is not unusual for a baby as young as 10m to need the XL or XXL.

How to Order an XXL ; Order a XL and click to purchase. At the shopping cart form which automatically pops up, answer all questions about size and request an XXL.

sizing for polartec earharts

For Polartecs, always go a size larger.  

Note: Organics have 50% stretch  Polartecs only 30% stretch approx. Our prototyped sizing is a little larger in the Polartec earharts, because of this, or go a size larger, baby will grow into the earhart.

return or exchange policy

If you purchased your cap at one of our stores, please return it there.

Please email us or use the Contact us page on any exchanges or returns within a weel.

Exchanges will incur additional freight in some situations. When it is not our fault and a different size is required, we will send a paypal freight reimbursement.

As a note, we chip in on original freight. Because tracking your package is important, we use USPS $7.35 and we charge only $4.65 for 1 to 2 caps in the large envelope.

1) Returns for credit on cap (not including freight) or size exchange within 7 days of purchase date of all unworn caps.  

2) Initiation for return must be within 2 days  of receipt of cap via tracking number.  Return to JoJoCo within the 7 days.  You can email us or use the form below to let us know.

We will send a paypal request for exchange freight

We highly suggest answering the size questions or going one size larger to discourage returns as there will be shipping costs on all exchanges to the consumer.  

If the Shopping Cart Form questions were not answered, we must take that into consideration on returns and we will have the final suggestion or action.

If cap needs to be returned, please contact us asap (within 2 days including weekend days)  and we allow 7 days for the return of the cap including weekend days.  We will give special consideration by way of 25% restocking charge on unsaleable or custom caps or special order caps such as team colors,

Custom caps such as Rastas with special topper color mix, special request  Rose-toppers bouquets & cap color or adjusted sizes.  Earharts with custom color ribbing is custom.  All returned merchandise must be unworn, clean, with original hangtag & in sale-able condition, per JoJoCo Hatmakers of Chicago.  As in any retail situation, previously worn, or in any way soiled merchandise may not be returned.  Items purchased from the JoJoCo Hatmakers website or our catalogue cannot be exchanged or returned at Retail specialty shops carrying JoJoCo Hatmakers headwear & vice versa. Please do not contact the store on items purchased here.

Items purchased from any nationwide retail location cannot be returned to JoJoCo Hatmakers website sales for exchange or credit.

All returned caps must have the following (3) items in the return package with cap:  original packing slip, email authorization, and hangtag. Ship USPS or UPS or FED Ex and request a tracking number for your records and tracking on your package.   We are not responsible for lost returns.
